PACS/RIS and Modality Project Management
Working with clinical, management, IT and administrative support teams of a major NHS Foundation Trust, we've project managed the delivery of a Trust wide Picture Archiving and Communications System (PACS) with associated Radiology Information System (RIS) and the transition to new imaging modalities. The successfully delivered project was one of the largest in the North West and West Midlands.
As well as leading in delivery and ensuring the project components went live on the agreed dates and without overspend, we were pivotal in producing the business case for PACS and for delivering processes that delivered efficiencies and service improvements.
